Required Skills:

• Experience with platforms and business software including: MS SQL Server 2008 and up. SSRS, Visual Studio, systems integration, PCI compliance requirements.
• Experience with web store design and administration.

Preferred Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in a computer science field.

Social Media Specialist/PR Coordinator

The ideal candidate will bring creativity, urgency, enthusiasm and a passion for bow hunting, digital marketing and PR to the marketing team. The ability to thrive in a fast paced environment is a must, along with strong writing skills and excellent social customer service skills. Candidates must be constantly learning and keeping up with social media and digital marketing trends, incorporating the latest and most effective practices into Hoyt’s social and digital strategies.
Job Duties
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop all social media strategies and content
• Monitor and update all social media platforms on a daily basis
• Social listening and responding to customers on all social media platforms
• Monitor trends in social media tools, channels, strategies, etc. and implement accordingly
• Develop and implement strategies to grow Hoyt’s social media reach and increase engagement
• Provide social media and website analytic summaries to management
• Update and edit content on Hoyt.com, including writing blogs, working with pro staff members to write articles and adhering to the latest SEO practices
• Maintain relationships with industry media, including outdoor writers, magazine editors, publishers, etc., looking for opportunities for brand and product exposure and promotion
• Provide press releases and other product info to industry media
• Attend archery media and trade events representing the Hoyt brand and associated products
Required Skills/Qualifications
• Bachelor Degree in related field (Digital Marketing, Marketing, Advertising)
• Experience managing business to consumer social media efforts
• Extensive experience and knowledge in Social Media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Youtube
• Extensive knowledge in SEO and website content management
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Excellent customer service skills – social and traditional
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to thrive in fast paced environment with tight deadlines

International Customer Service Respresentative

Hoyt Archery, an industry leader in archery and bow hunting gear, is searching for an International Customer Service Representative. This position is responsible for all aspects of international customer account management, including receiving and processing all international customer orders, inquiries, factory communication and shipments.


Provides Service and Assistance to all International Accounts: Answers incoming phone calls, e-mails and other internet related communication from international distributors. Provides international distributors with all pertinent part number, UPC, and order information; receives and enters all orders from international distributors. Coordinates and assists in consolidating all international related shipments; responds to all international customer inquiries regarding order status, product information or warranty information; provides technical assistance and advice to international customers; resolves international customer problems and complaints; and issues Return Authorizations for warranty returns on defective product, according to company policy.

Maintains International Accounts: Communicates and maintains a positive relationship between Hoyt and International Distributors; must be able to relate and build very strong, positive relationships with accounts in many different countries and regions of the world; relays information regarding issues to appropriate internal personnel; interacts with credit department regarding product holds due to credit issues, the shipping department regarding shipments, the planning department regarding delivery dates and backorder status, the Warranty department to check warranty status and/or policy, and the engineering department regarding technical information; sets up new international accounts and maintains current international account information; and travels to archery trade show annually to conduct meetings with international accounts

Provides Support to the Marketing and Domestic Customer Service Teams: Assists the Marketing Team with international media coordination; Submits ads and other marketing materials to international media outlets; works with international accounts to determine the most effective marketing platforms throughout the world; coordinates international mailings of catalogs, technical bulletins, merchandising and other promotional related products; helps update international policies and procedures as needed; and periodically assists the Domestic Customer Service Team.

REQUIRED Skills/Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication and phone skills, with the ability to interact with a wide variety of people from across the world.
- Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills.
- Strong customer services and relationship building skills.
- Basic computer and typing skills.
- Ability to make decisions and solve practical problems.
- Ability to deal with high stress situations.
- 3 to 5 years of Customer Service, sales or Telemarketing
- 2 years advanced education or a high school diploma and some college with minimum of 3 years customer service experience.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
• Knowledge of archery equipment and/or the sport of archery
• Ability to speak French, Spanish, Italian, German, Chinese or Japanese
• International Customer Service experience
• Resided abroad for at least 6 months or more
