With 4 of 6 medals won by Team Hoyt, and a whopping 80% of bows used in the men's and women's Recurve championship categories, there was no doubt that Vegas 2009 was dominated by Hoyt shooters.
In men's recurve it was a battle of GMX shooters, with Joe McGlyn and Olympian Butch Johnson fighting to the last point. When the dust settled, Butch came out on top to take the top Hoyt finish over teammate Joe.
In women's action, Hoyt's Olympian Khatuna Lorig battled her way to the top Hoyt finish over Hoyt shooter and Olympian Aida Roman of Mexico.
Team Hoyt compound shooters Reo Wilde and Nichola Simpson were not to be outdone by their recurve counterparts, taking first places in the tough compound pro division.
Hoyt sends congratulations to all competitors at Vegas 09!
