Hoyt Pro Defends Shooter of the Year Title
SALT LAKE CITY, UT Veteran Hoyt shooter Dave Cousins recently received his second NFAA Shooter of the Year award in as many years.
The award is presented to the archer with the highest cumulative score from the top five NFAA events: Las Vegas, Louisville, Pittsburgh, Redding and Darrington. Cousins found his way to the podium at several of these tournaments, and led the field with the highest combined score.
This outstanding achievement attests to Cousins’ ability to perform under pressure, his dedication to tournament archery and his competitive drive.
Cousins has been a Hoyt Pro Staffer since 1998, and he has been a force on the NFAA tournament tour equally as long.
Cousins’ Hoyt teammate Jesse Broadwater was runner-up for Shooter of the Year.
Hoyt would like to congratulate Cousins on his incredible NFAA Shooter of the Year repeat.
